Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with this transaction and purchasing a ticket, you (“the Purchaser” or “Attendee”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Sales Policies

  • Final Sales: All ticket purchases are strictly final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except as explicitly outlined in Section 2 of these terms.
  • Fees and Taxes: The base ticket price may be subject to additional third-party processing fees, service charges, and applicable taxes. These additional costs will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to final payment.

2. Event Commitment & Execution

  • Our Guarantee: We are fully committed to delivering the event exactly as advertised. When you purchase a ticket, you can do so with confidence that the scheduled date, venue, and announced artist lineup are secured.
  • Cancellation & Postponement: In the highly unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement due to an unforeseen emergency or force majeure event (e.g., severe weather, government mandates), attendees will be notified immediately. In such instances, clear procedures will be provided regarding the issuance of refunds or valid vouchers for a rescheduled date.

3. Liability & Risk

  • Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, loss, or exposure to illness. The Attendee hereby waives any and all claims against the event organizers, the venue, sponsors, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents.
  • Incidental Costs: The event organizers and the venue shall not be held liable for any personal or incidental costs incurred by the Attendee in relation to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, expenses for travel, transportation, accommodation, or meals, even in the rare event of a cancellation or postponement.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Right of Admission: The event organizers and venue management reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, who appears to be intoxicated, or who fails to comply with any facility rules or health and safety protocols.
  • Media & Recording: By entering the event premises, the Attendee grants the event organizers and their affiliates the unrestricted, perpetual right to use the Attendee’s image, likeness, actions, and voice in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event for promotional and broadcast purposes. Unauthorized commercial photography, videography, or live broadcasting by Attendees is strictly prohibited.
